How to Submit a Request

1. Email info.artbling@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your full name, WhatsApp phone number, and any relevant order number.
4. Mention that you want support-related personal data to be deleted.

Verification

Artbling may request reasonable verification before processing deletion to protect account and order security.

Processing Time

Valid requests are generally reviewed within 7 to 15 business days, subject to operational load and any legal retention requirements.

Information That May Still Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or enforcement of Artbling's rights and obligations.
