- Send spam, malicious files, impersonation attempts, or misleading information.
- Disrupt, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or connected systems.
3. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when seeking support, including the relevant order number, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.
4. Service Limitations
Messages sent through support channels do not automatically create, modify, confirm, or cancel a purchase unless Artbling separately confirms the requested action through the appropriate operational process.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Access to this support experience may depend on third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp, Shopify, hosting providers, or communication tools. Artbling is not responsible for third-party outages or restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property
All Artbling brand assets, product content, designs, and support materials remain the property of Artbling or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artbling will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the support service or reliance on its availability.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Delhi, India.
9. Changes to These Terms
Artbling may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the support service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
